Kindly note that for any custom products, it needs set up mold. so it needs mold fee. the mold fee is $50 at least. Plus shipping fee $30. the cost $80 is too high for 1pcs ONLY.
You donot have to. We’ll keep each mold for 3 years, during this time, you can re-order without mold fee.
For most items, it will need only 7-10 days when in a rush Depending on your items, our sales will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.

About Products
The mainly difference is on the appearance. hard enamel pins surface is flat and smooth, while soft enamel pins surface is texture.
Hard enamel pin is a little expensive than soft enamel pin, but affordable.
We ensure 100% good quality. if there is quality issue, we remake 100% for FREE.
Anyway, if it is any mistake in your side, you need to responsible for it.
Enamel pins attachment is different from earring. We provide earring attachment, you can use the same enamel pins design for earring.
Epoxy can be used for soft enamel pin to protect the enamel. NOT suitable for hard enamel pins. Anyway, Epoxy NOT a must for enamel pins.
There are different pins attachment for different occasion. Usually, it won’t harm your clothes or bags. You’d better not attach to down jacket.
Lapel pins can be worn on hat, jeans, T-shirt, sweaters, jacjet, bag. and more, but it cannot be used for down jacket.
The challenge coin price range is $1.0-$4/pc.
Basically, there is no standard price for custom challenge coins. The price is calculated based on the material, size, plating, design, edge, package and more.
The total cost=unit price*quantity+mold fee +shipping fee.

Epoxy can be used for soft enamel products to protect the enamel. but Epoxy is NOT a must for soft enamel products

Brass stamped / Zinc alloy die casting/iron stamped. Zinc alloy and bras for 3D designs.
Iron for 2D designs.
brass is the most expensive, then zinc alloy, then iron

Both are based on different processes.
Woven patches are made by woven thin threads together to make the patches. there is NO fabric background.
Embroidery Patches are made by digitizing threads on the fabric.
Woven patches surface is flat. and the details are more smaller than embroidery patches.
Embroidery patches can be 3D design. While woven patches cannot.
